I've been retired since 2012 and widowed for 4 years. Life is meant to be lived with a partner in all things. I am still somewhat active as I like time outside making my art.
I have essentially divorced my alarm clock and enjoy that part of retirement.
I hope to meet a honest, sensible woman of good character that still goes to church and doesn't have a problem with holding back intimacy for marriage.
I have three grown children here in Texas and several grandchildren.
I like to cook, garden, read, watch movies, play cards and games. Hunting and fishing are great too.
Some folks are good with staying single for the rest of their lives, but not me. I always liked being part of a team but cancer split my team and although I am grateful for those 30 years, I long to be a teammate again...to the right woman. After all...the most attractive women that ive known were FF/EMT's.
