As a longtime FF going back to working my way through college at Cal as a seasonal wildland firefighter with the California Dept of Forestry to the Haz Mat Team Lead with Mobil Oil to now, I recently joined questioning if this is a legitimate site...and after maybe finding it at least has*some* real people with real cares and likes & dislikes in life, it seems like it is loaded with fake female profiles & bots. :-(

I have given it enough time and am cancelling my profile that is 100% real, or at least my Premium Membership.

I have *never* been one to give up, so in the remaining ~2 weeks of premium membership, I will say to the real people and those that are caring, I am originally from California and started fighting wildland fires near Placerville in the Amador/El Dorado Ranger Unit at the foot of the Sierra Nevadas. Now I am currently at the foot of the Rocky Mountains but still enjoying it and still enjoying life. I was traveling to the Bay Area of California every other week before Covid and may have the opportunity to resume traveling again before the end of this year.
It is unfortunate that the years of my life accumulated as they have, but I don't lie as a rule in life. I can't and won't lie that yup...I've already lived a memorable 52 yrs! There are more memories to make -- with amazing people and an amazing person with whom to share them!
